The classes are designed to provide students with a high-impact learning experience focusing on statistics, data mining, and predictive analytics. Students will gain essential technical and analytical skills by studying the management of artificial intelligence and applied data science, which are critical for driving organizational growth.

Beginning in Academic Year 2026, Mapúa will transition to a quarterm system, dividing the year into four 11-week terms. This allows students to maintain a manageable load of 15–18 units per term, encouraging consistent engagement and offering the potential for faster degree completion.

All applicants must complete the Mapúa Program Placement Assessment (MPASS), a standardized tool that measures cognitive and academic development. While all applicants are eligible to enroll at the University, qualification for the Business Analytics with AI program is specifically determined by the MPASS results.
